Katya, after watching you trying to get up hills and obstacles in general, I feel a block of instruction is in order. First, remember you are not riding a motorcycle that makes a lot of torque so keep your RPM's up when climbing. Secondly, when going down a hill/trail stay on the motorcycle and use the front brake to keep it at walking speed. And third, NOBODY really knows how to fold fitted sheets. 🤣Hope this helps... Have you been on any high speed roads? A word of warning to you. If you see a dump truck (10 wheeler) coming towards you, prepare for a wall of air to hit you and your bike. 18 wheelers don’t push the air as much as dump trucks. Steer slightly into the passing breeze. 👍👍

Katya, Take the Ferry to the Peninsula de Nicoya. The playas are remote, take surf lessons. That area is beautiful ( like all of Costa Rica) and the vibe is chill.

Fantastic trip. Not sure tho I would have stopped for your overnight sleep in that spot. Always thinking about my take off the next morning. But for sure, after you got out of there, you will be able to get out of anywhere. Keep up the great trip.

Awesome job. The horse might nibble on the tent, that one looked pretty chill. Some can be spiteful A holes. Watch out if he/she lays both ears back = not happy. Careful behind the horse, either give the horse's rear a wide berth or stay against the rear when getting on the other side. Can't close a fence gate.... tie a rope around the fence post and the gate post and slide a strong broom handle sized stick in the rope circle and start twisting. It will tighten the loop and close the gap allowing you to drop the wire over the fence pole.

I would like to suggest that you have the suspension lowered a bit (most bikes can be adjusted) to give you flat footing when sitting on the seat. You will have a lot more control when at slower speeds. Proud to see you taking on this big trip for yourself!

Amazing ! Most interesting two hour moto 50 yards up a hill ever ! 😂 I got off the ferry late one nite and there was a detour to Jaco it took me a half hour in a suv to figure out the detour.

I find myself wanting to help this beautiful young lady like I would my daughter but knowing she will find her way and handle her own struggles in life. I was wanting to get the motorcycle to the top of the hill for her but that wouldn't really help her to learn and grow and experience lifes many small lessons. She is determined and wins in the end. Shes great!!

The horse reminded me of the one that appears in Tulsa King running down the street. It is definitely a sign of a protector. It probably also wants an apple. 😂 if your iPhone mount broke buy a Quad Lock they work great.

ahh ending @ the tambor 3, onto the ride to cobano?. nice ride.. feels really special out there, my stay was always in cobano mid weeks then day trips each to sta teresa or montezuma. everything better on a moto in CR.. what a great journey right? music on the ferry dancing cool ac inside for a rest, Motos off first if you are parked in the right spot! my red 200 freedom carried me that trip maybe twelve times from grecia where l lived. put over 10,000 miles on it over the years, from panama to nica and many traverses over the continetal divide through the clouds the best sweetest air ever up there. pm me if you will, best.

Hi, hows it going? I have also carried too much weight on the back of my bike and i started to strap my sleeping bag on the front bumper and forks. Other wise, it makes the front end too light. If some of the weight is more forward. In front of you on the gas tank is another spot. I used dry bags, like you would use on a river trip to keep my clothes clean and dry. Works great and more safe. Have fun! Phillip in alaska

Its so hard to watch you struggle. I guess its the chivalry in me. And a good set of riding gloves will help as well as some decent riding gear/attire. Doll, you are not riding in the best terrain. please get some good gear at an established motorcycle shop. Blessings and love from Tennessee.

OK, I am new to your channel so sorry for the questions: I saw you rebuilt a van with your brother on the cheap, great job btw. Now your in Costa Rica? Did you drive the van there? and how are you taking the bike with you? PS. You are adorable. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be careful. I hope you have mace or something. I do a lot of riding in the rough. Spend a lot more time revving and slipping the clutch to use the higher rev's horsepower to move pull you along. I also fall over all the time!!Keep enjoying life!

Have never seen that type of Yamaha motorcycle before, the dual springs ion the back make it look retro. Did you buy it in the states?

Between Quepos and Uvita there's literally thousands of acres of palms all along route 34. I flew my drone over it for some cute shots when I stayed in Dominical, but at the same time I knew it's really frickin bad for the environment just as any other monocrop agriculture is. It's so pure seeing the horse just come right up to you like that and then followed you :) Idk if anyone has mentioned this yet, but I think you look happier and healthier (fr you're lookin sexy af Katya) after staying in Dominical for a while compared to when you were in La Fortuna. I love the way you edit your videos. Can't wait to see more of your adventure!
