UNICRI and INTERPOL's public opinion survey on AI in law enforcement 

The United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI), through its Centre for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics, and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) Innovation Centre, have launched a public survey on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in law enforcement. The survey is part of UNICRI and INTERPOL’s initiative to develop a Toolkit for Responsible AI Innovation in Law Enforcement. It aims to capture public concerns and views, and ensure that they are reflected in the two organizations’ work to shape the guidance being provided to law The survey began on 15 November 2022 and will run until 30 April 2013.
