There wasnt a lot of videos on this guy, so I decided to make a little tribute to whom I think is one of the most badass villains ever, Yasunori Kato.

Kato: definately one of my favourite bad guys. Best line he got - "Hear my words, Preistess...you have no weapon powerful enough to withstand my hatred!"

I like to think that Kato is disappointed in Raidou, because even though their outfit and power are so similar Raidou doesn’t want to destroy Tokyo

He seems to be like one of those characters where the characters INFLUENCED by him end up more popular than the original. See also The Man Who Laughs = Joker, and Cesare = every Tim Burton character ever.

For all his posturing, Castlevania's Dracula never accomplished his goals. Yasunori Kato, on the other hand, did everything that Castlevania's Dracula ever wanted to do, especially given that Teito Monogatari attributes the Great Kanto Earthquake and the US nuking Japan to his machinations.
