Why doesn't joel make a phone call to him, or a Skype call so we can see his face? An actual real interaction would be really and not some pseudo Screenshots.
There were photos of Joel next to his messenger profile -- however Pleasant Green removed the videos because people allegedly began reverse image searching Joel's photo to find in; bear in mind the photography of "Joel" is unique, and cannot be traced back to other images existing on the internet. Thereby Pleasant Green had to request for them by someone... who by logical extension is Joel, according to all he has said
11M Facebook views is no where near 10K. RU-vid, possibly, but most Facebook views are actually counted simply because it showed up in a feed and auto played (sound muted). Facebook drastically overstates actually true views.
So, I just binged this entire series. I came across the first video while watching other funny prank scammer videos. I am ABSOLUTELY blow away right now. I think its truly amazing how you have been able to help children in need on the other side of the world. God bless you and the all the people you have been able to touch through this experience.
Look up the email from the "government" guy - if he's that abrupt and not keen to work with you, it kind of sounds suspicious - see if you can do any background searches on him being legit, if he's a scammer after Joel and his newfound moneymaker, giving him the wrong number could have saved Joel from being attacked or scammed himself
I don't doubt that he did, but that was not my point at all - I said that he should look up the email from the government guy to see if he is legitimate or not - if he was not keen to participate after the initial wrong number situation then he might not be as legit as it seems
Bandecki I totally agree. He made an exit entirely too fast. Very shady behavior. I say stick with Joel and plan a visit if possible. Now that Joel paid his debt, I'm praying the money is still going to the children.

I just found this channel, and I LOVE your stuff! This series is soooo cool. In the begging, you were looking for another scammer to send poop to. Now, you’ve started a business, and changes many lives in Liberia. Good for you, and Joel.
I just found your channel today and I have to say this brings a massive smile to my face. Maybe a trip to Liberia is in order to meet Joel? Also this reminds me of wakaliwood. Wakaliwood is a movie studio based out of Wakaliga Uganda. They have no Hollywood budget and make great movies.

Actually, after some time Joel could have even more problems with the goverment concerning taxes just becouse he would be recieving so much money in a short amount of time. At least I think so.
Please keep up the great work a lot of children are going to see a better future now because of what you’re doing. A book bag with supplies might seem minimal but it goes a long way and the results are always long lasting. Everything will fall into place by d grace of god.

Frankly, I'm glad that Unilad posted your video otherwise I'd never have heard about it - after I saw it on FB, I found your channel on RU-vid and watched the whole series.
I was gutted when UNILAD made good!!! I watched the last video and thought here we go UNILAD is going to get spanked!! Little later, would you believe it, an ad for UNILAD appeared on my FB page. Yeah, here we go, I am going to chastise them!! I just wanted to double check that it was UNILAD that needed chastising, so I went to watch the YT video again, only to find out that UNILAD had made good. I no longer had any anger to vent over FB, how I would have enjoyed that at the time.

I love that this whole thing started when Pleasant Green essentially took a scammer at his word, and now it has gotten to the point that nobody in Liberia trusts him. I don't blame them; the idea that he is making a business out of helping a scammer seems ludicrous, but still.
If you need a legit orphanage or school to donate the funds to, I know plenty, one in particular is where we adopted our little girl from just 2 months ago (and I'm happy to announce she just received her US Citizenship!). Please let me know, I'd love for my daughter's old orphanage and school to get some much needed help. By the way I love your series and I think it's great what you're doing. I've been to Liberia 3 times now and it is a very poor country indeed. I'm anxious to hear back from you, thank for your time in advance.
