I love how this sandwich goes against all of the sandwich-making principles he established in the previous video (round instead of square, fancy, fussy ingredients that "experts told him taste well", razor-thin ham) and yet he valiantly pretends to like it.

This man was born to talk. Sometimes it's like I see something and feel like God just determined it or they were chosen for something specific, I feel like he selected this man to talk.

Oh no ! Christmas has come & gone, but, all of my next Christmases have already come at once !!! How can I go past a lovely chap who says ‘ peckish ‘ almost precisely the same way in which my dear old Gran,.God rest her soul,..used to say it ?! Immediately prior to bringing in a platter of cheese ( crumbly cheddar ) and crackers and sliced, peppered tomatoes , for elevenses !? 😊😊😊

Had no idea this existed, uploaded 11 months ago you say? Compared to the original one this one seems more forced, like "people loved your sandwich video, we need you to do another one!" He seems to admit as much here. Putting together ingredients he doesn't know much of or care as much about. Say what you will about his first sandwich, the end result is a perfectly edible, normal sandwich. Here, avocado and cranberry? Can't imagine two things that go _least_ together than that. Or something as un-Irish as avocado (yeah I can believe he's never tried it himself). Sure, avocados are a pretty global thing to have but for a video like this it feels off. But in any case I love hearing him talk in settings like this so I don't mind too much. At 91 years old now, I hope he gets to live at least several more years. After finding that out I must say he's aged amazingly well!
