Wrong, Park Avenue starts at 32nd Street, so the club is on Park Avenue, not Park Avenue South (which is below 32nd Street). You must not be from New York.
The thing about private clubs: They have the amenities. They have the connections. They have the dining. It is just getting the young millennial packed with money onboard. As for me, I would gladly join as soon as I find someone to sponsor me.
Thank you for watching.....believe it or not...many of these private clubs are struggling to find new members......the young and successful have so many options......for example...."The Soho House" is like a semi-private club that only charges about $1,000 per year......many people like to go to other events.....and venues......it will only get more difficult for the private clubs in my opinion...but I am sure they will reinvent themselves....
