Three months after the merger with the CNW, we are by the power plant in Ames, Iowa and catch three Eastbounds. First up is the WEG54 with UP SD40-2 3400 and CNW SD40-2 6916. Then we see a coal train with CNW C44-9W 8646 and C40-8 8564. Finally, a stack train with UP C44-9W 9722 and CNW C44-9W 8714.
