Both magnetic discs - electrically connected by a metallic band - rotate in the same direction. The deviation of the lower disc indicates the counter torque. Running up current: 30A (with 5V)
Thank you for your comment. I have to correct my opening text, my intention was/is to point out the deflection of the lower disc to the right side (to be seen @0:55) as an effect of the counter torque. In further videos there will be a construction that makes the counter-torque more visible.
