when you really think about about, weathered jeans are to imitate the look of lower class manual laborers or straight up people with low money who wore one or two pairs on jeans to death. THats the look that distressing is meant to emulate and the people that love it mostl y never got their hands dirty.
This seems to be better for the environment less chemicals going into the ocean. (Because of original denim stressing. Process) I would buy a pair of these. Love the potential for different textiles too.
In hindsight I cannot figure why I spent good money on faded denims. Why would I buy something that looks used, when I could simply wear my old ones? Fashion is a trap.
Well that’s gonna take for years and years. Most people wearing them as a fashion trend. Not only so, but even if people did that they won’t look good as artificially distressed jeans, because artificially distressed jeans are done based a specific design and look, you won’t be able to replicate that naturally.
We do have perfect jeans. I own several perfect solid color jeans. I also own several faded jeans. It's called preference. You just wanna dictate the world on what should be worn. Do you know what freedom is?
I buy brand new spanking looking jeans I wear them for 2 years and I get distressed jeans... And then I knee slide on them in the skate park then I have torn jeans .... 3 jeans style for the price of 1

WTF. When I was a lot younger. People with fade and holes in their clothes where looked down on. Now you buy clothes that looks rags and call it great. It doesn't made sense to me.

Them distressed jeans look ridiculous . I would never waste 50 , 60 dollars on jeans that they are burning with a laser I am not that stupid . You might as well go by new jeans and then set them on fire , it is the same thing...😠😠😠
@@Jade-jx4cm … Brands no longer matter. They all end up selling out to China, and when they do, the material and quality changes. That’s what appears to have happened with Silver Jeans. They were my favorite; very durable. Now, they fade and rip within months.
As if cheap, made in china crap isn't bad enough.. they are intentionally fading and ripping them.. I never buy these ugly jeans.🤔 I work to hard for my money to buy this trash.
