I don't mind the sidekick part, but he does look at Mark as to how to react and the mimics the reactions. At one one point this video he eats something and a very quick surprised "mmm" came out before Mark. I LOVED that little part, it was a pleasant surprise. No more using the word perfect, enough with that.

Mark you are the best at capturing the mix of food and experience. Hope that makes sense. You manage to capture the things that aren’t easily explained in your reactions and words.
