Surprisingly, the creams they use in South Korea are very light compared to other countries i tried..you don't get that dreadful 'omg i can't take this cream anymore' thoughts after a bite or two..

Oh man they're fkn amazing. I had my first jiggly cake in London. I ate the plain one and then the cheese one. Trust me it is truly amazing. Is like eating a nice perfectly sweet edible cloud 😆 🤣 😂.
I’m going to give this a try I will research and find recipes equal to how they should be not too sweet and light and airy cake...I think some fresh peaches would be just the thing to add YUM😋

There is one section where they prepared a pork and abalone mix and used pureed abalone guts that's was a little disturbing. I am not even certain I would feed the pureed abalone guts to a poor starving creature. 🤢🤮
