HOA is 2096 pesos per month. Includes road and gate maintenance, common garden areas and pool. Water is extra and is 8597 pesos per year.

It's noisy and I hate those cheap closets with holes, so every cucaracha can go in. Plus, why wouldn't u mention the price?
