This is amazing! I’m 16 and started collecting lighters in January after my grandpa gave me 3 of his vintage cigarette lighters, then I started going to antique shops and saving my money, I currently have 7 and hope to grow my collection, quite an expensive hobbie, but probably the best one, anyway CRAZY video, this is an amazing collection. I’d love to see more!
Thanks William, I started collecting about the same age as you and still get excited about a new/rare find. I made another video where I discuss some some tips I've learned over the years, I hope it can help. This hobby definitely needs young new collectors to keep it going. Good luck.
Wow, what a great first video! Absolutely incredible collection, love the diversity! Definitely interested in more videos of subsets of your collection.
The brown ones came from various thrift shops, the black one in the middle came from Michael's (a craft store chain) that one was designed for challenge coins but they make a bunch of sizes depending on what you're into, baseballs shot glasses, golf balls, little porcelain cats, etc.
You have a great collection and I would love to see some of the butane because I have a Japanese one that I don’t know the name of for research purposes.
What is the name of the 2 you have first wall Mount display second row far right with the scene on it? I have one in mint condition, but I don't have the bottom, so I don't know what name it is. Now I know it's German fantastic action on it: Thank you! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Q2sOcWdYILM.html. Also how many lighters do you have in your collection?
Hi thanks for checking out the collection, the one you were asking about is made by Mylflam. It's hard to get an accurate count of the total because I consider some to not be as collectable, but several hundred vintage lighters for sure
