Features of the UniRobot
1) The random feeding of the Empty tubes on Robot - patented concept of flipping of tubes on moving Robot.
2) No air requirement for doffing operation as the gripping of the full cop is by mechanical means - a great relief from Air gripper/air leakage and cost of the compressed air production
3) No electrical cables OR compressed air cables are lying on the machines. Here the power is supplied via servo motor synchronized Cable Reel Drum.
4) No change of the tubes or spindles required. The tubes should be in good condition, and faulty tubes cannot be used in the robot. This may be a secondary advantage as faulty tubes create many issues for spindles.
5) The Robot is working on track - so there are no worries about the floor level of the department.
6)The placing of the Robot on track and taking out from track is done by special jack so even GIRLS can operate the Robot.
7) Can be fitted in less center distance between two machines, if the Over Head blowers are working; the Robot will be working without any problem.
8) Ends down after doffing will be below two per cent as the individual cutter will be installed in the spindle during the conversion.No drilling or tapping in the machine as all existing holes are used for fitting the brackets.
10) The mechanical gripper is activated only when spindle and griper are in a 90-degree angle which assures no lateral presser on the spindle which will allow higher spindle life.
