For the UN General Assembly’s annual high-level debate, leaders from nearly all the world’s countries are gathering in a few square blocks of Manhattan for a critical few days of discussions on the war in Gaza, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and issues ranging from climate change to the challenge posed by artificial intelligence.
