I find it very strange that Adam is the only person in the entire world pushing for the Simons deal when almost everyone suggests that United is not interested in buying him this year. And it does not make any sense to buy another CAM to be honest.

If we could swap Sancho and Bruno for Ugarte and Simons plus some cash consideration...go for it! Bruno is 29 and Xavi Simons is 21; they both play CAM. Simons could be our AM for 10 years. Sancho plays LW which is where Mbappe played; he's no substitute, but in a deal that gets Bruno, PSG might be up for it. Plus the cash helps them with Neves. United value Sancho at 40 million, PSG value Ugarte at 60 million, that's 20 million difference. According to Transfermarkt, Bruno is worth 70 million and Simons is at 80 million, that's 10 million difference. So do the 4 player swap and give them 30 million...job done.

It's not Bruno's fault that Rashford and co can't put the ball in the net. His "big chances created" are on par with any player at City and Liverpool. If our forwards scored the chances he creates we'd be top four. Simple as that. Want to replace him? With who ?

I don't see the point anymore. All you "RU-vidrs" mean the same thing. Bruno is God, de Ligt is the world's best CB (although Bayern M. thinks he is not good enough in the German league) Amrabat is the world's best backup, but only lower ranked clubs are interested. When are you going to have a slightly different opinion? Sell Bruno, and buy Joao Neves, and we have the world's best CDM next 10 years. We have a total of 3 players who can cover the 10's role. Mason Mount, Zerkzee, and Amad. Bruno will not be missed, but Joao Neves will be our Rodrigo.

Where are we now Adam? We managed an 8th place with Bruno for God's sake. We don't need him. Sell and buy Joao Neves. We have 3 players who can cover no 10. Zerkzee, Amad, and of course Mason Mount. This reminds me of "Player FC". Bruno can be sold, and Joao Neves will shine them for the next 10 years.

If the our forwards finished the "big chances" created by Bruno we wouldn't have finished 8th. Sell Rashford and find a forward that can convert the chances that Bruno creates EVERY game, as well as running his heart out. His numbers don't lie
