I don’t think these people really understand what a PROTEST is. They talk as if a protest is supposed to be comfortable and smooth to the govt and police’s demands and expectations. Protest in its fundamental principle is supposed to create a discomfort, shake the system to demand the attention of authorities to act. A protest gains the attention when disruptions cause public attention and then forcefully disrupts the system to get leadership attention to act. So what are they talking about. Protests are not church service my guy! Check all the protests in the world and see how it goes.

This man is misinforming the public. The law doesn’t require citizens to obtain “PERMISSION” to protest or demonstrate. Citizens are to only inform the police 5 days to ensure safety of the citizens not to request for permission. He speaks loud and talking as if he’s the repository of knowledge and wisdom. All be lie.

You only inform the police so they ensure safety. It’s like you organizing a concert and informing the police about it to ensure safety. If they’re the ones that gives permission or approves or denies protests then why do the police need to go to court for obtain an order to stop or postpone a protest? Selah!
If some of the protesters were being violent and as such had to be arrested fine. But, they’re still entitled to their rights! They must be given a bail and then they can be arraigned before court if the government so desires. But you cannot refuse them bail!
