Thank you for the video, this series is very useful as I need to do some sprite assets to finish a game off, and I have no experience of generating sprites really. I do have a little previous experience with Gimp and none with Blender, for simple 2D assets is Gimp as good as Blender, or would I be better learning Blender? Also with the larger resolution pac man, if you scale him down do you retain the smoother edges?

@beamflies Blender is certainly worth learning, but it has a huge learning curve. Gimp is much like Photoshop and is easier and more user friendly. Thanks so much for enjoying.
