Thanks, very helpful! I love how it is always impossible to follow a RU-vid tutorial, however simple. I have to do the scene "save as" twice as on the first time I get an error stating unable to write to the network drive. Which is weird as I don't even have a network drive! I am just using my internal hard drive. It creates a new file with zero bytes. Then I have to try again and this time it asks if I want to overwrite the zero length file. I say yes and on this second attempt i get my new scene.
Many thanks! please, I have 15 separted scenes, every scene contains a video player with audio using an image marker (trigger). In other words, user scans image marker with phone and a video with audio plays. I did the first scene using 3d plane and it works well, but when I added another scene, the first scene is only working and the second scene does not appear, why? Any tips or tricks should I do? Thanks in advance
Wow, that does look painless. And a whole lot faster than my efforts in PlayMaker. One question: Does your process dump the elements of the first scene when it switches to the second scene? Each of my scenes are massive. I can't afford to have the assets from each scene piling up. Thanks!
Hello there! I am making a 2d game but there are a lot of hurdles along the way, one of them that my references on each object get missing whenever I switch to a second scene. I put my player on dontdestroyonlosd but that caused other problems too. Do you have/made a tutorial that can fix my problem?
You can use the same method to create 5 buttons that move to 5 different scenes. It the interest of making the video short, I just showed 2 scenes. Just make as many scenes as you like and add the C# function to transition from one scene to another.
I already find the source code.. thank you for the info. What I mean is If i have 3 buttons in 1 scene and connects to 3 different scenes each.. what would be the transition. the 3 scenes doesn't have connection with each other means they are only connected to the 1st scene. Sorry it's hard to explain..
