Universal Carrier - a small and lightly armored vehicle, which served as the main "workhorse" of the British army in WWII and was supplied to other allied countries.
It was really universal - reconnaissance, transportation of infantry and supplies, towing anti-tank guns, and even a self-propelled artillery. Good maneuverability, speed up to 48 km/h and excellent off-road capability helped it to cope with any tasks.
This variant is protected from small arms fire, and is equipped with a Bren machine gun on a tripod and a Boys AT rifle in the front of the hull to counter light armored vehicles.
The crew of this little guy consists of four soldiers.

it's totally worth it, it's probably the fastest and smallest APC you can get, definitely the fastest among the free APCs

Such a crap choice for an APC to give to the allies, I really would’ve preferred the M3 Halftrack with the 75mm AT gun on it :/

I mean if there was a 75 mm cannon on an APC, it'd probably be in BR 3, just like the German one. So there is a good reason to use this squad.

Universal carrier is only good for a mobile spawn point and nothing else.

I think it would be more useful in the Pacific campaign, since the Japanese tanks have very little armor and the maps are more forest so you can hide and shoot secretly

The only redeeming quality about this thing is it's small. You can easily hide it in a bush. Everything else about it sucks.

Yeah but the germán tanks like the panzer 3 and 4 only can pen sideways, and the panzer 2 is easily to pen, and russians tanks, the anti tank only can pen the t 60, t26, bt7 and the t28 but only sideways

@@HispaniaGothorum are you about to sit here and say a M4A2 76 is better than a Tiger II let alone a panther. Are you going to say a STG 44 is worse than the M2 carbine, or the MG-34 worse than the m1918A1/2 or literally everything before it? There is literally one, ONE American machine gun that has more than 30 rounds of ammo capacity without an absurd amount of recoil. The M1919A6 Every other American machine gun is either a slow British machine gun with 30 rounds or a 20 round mag gun. Meanwhile every decent German MG has 50 rounds minimum, almost twice the fire rate, same damage and less recoil.

If you play with the Russians or Yanks the kill records always is high but with the Germans... they kill you easy and you kill them difficult. Are you telling me I am not the same person when play with the Germans?
