You've been waiting over a year ago court tribunal this must be your first time at court tribunal. Igot reply back from my second court tribunal in 6 weeks

People need to take it to court for tribural and ideal way is to have a support worker involved as they may speak to them too. Depends on how they run the court but the support worker will be there.

Go to local mp get it back dated for you till 2018

The assessors are paid bonuses to lie in there reports. They have to make sure a certain amount of people lose the disability benefit.

I also had my assesser say I was carrying my bag which was an outright lie...my ex carried it I never carry it

@@kitkat7491 bit different I said my best mate brought me back sandwich the assessor said I said I’d made it which the appeal woman questioned me on and said I thought I heard you say that on recording telling you the assessors lie because it’s in their interest

My mate was told by a benefits officer this yrs back who took his case to court ( Although benefits officer was well paid for such i add regards travel from another part of the country and doing his job re paper work in which conflicting letters were arriving in his door and he could not handle such and so once officr arrived at his address then checked his papers and one or 2 phone calls was made to both Dwp and Jcplus office ..Man was paid £600.00 at that time to travel to Scotland and was good with paper work and can speak as knows inns and outs of benefits ..made calls after checking the letters and said they have tried con him and also seen conflicting letters ..Also mate had put in an appeal against job centre plus woman who was rather rude on phone ..But sadly she got away with it as not enough evidence against her ..Why mate should have taped phone call ..Always tape phone calls . Anyhow the officer he took my mates appeal and my mate also had to speak up and won the case this was a good 6/7 yrs ago now ..Anyhow mate had thought about Pip also at that time , this after he won the case against Atos decision in that appeal ..and benefits officer had said to him this after my mate asked should he put in for Pip now ? Why dont you put in for Pip as everyone else does he was told by the officer ..But my Mate never bothered with putting in for pip in his thoughts that more £s you get from them , then the more they shall be after you ( My mates thoughts only ) he just wanted peace of mind more than anything So far he's had peace ever since regards benefits ..He had at time as said got in a benefits lawyer as he was being messed about by the job centre plus staff ..and also letters in his door by them and also Dwp ..But lawyer got that seen with by 2 phone calls ..Job centre plus were trying to con my mate into thinking he was in for appeal at the time against Dcision by Dwp as he thought he was in for appal at time ..but all time he was not in for appeal and his benefits lawyer arrived just on time and two phone calls settled such just on time .JCPlus stoff would say on phone to my mate ..I know your in for appeal but as things stand u have to turn up to job centre and Benefits lawyer sorted that out as said just on time as is a deadline and with them 2 x calls settled he was in for appeal ....And won his appeal as said way above ..He never ever did care to put in for Pip to this day ..and is under mental health as yet and on strong meds .

Only one I know off is that you have not long to live but also from my understanding it is not what you have but how it effects you

It's very hard to get pip most people win the court tribunal

@@injusticemattersuk4744 I have the lower pip but who I did it with who does hundrest said they should have given me higher, so waiting for a hearing date, in my eared it is 31 weeks then it needs to be a extra five weeks for you to be able to phone up and ask someone to do anything, really should not take this long and if pip was being more tr I truthful and giving people who are unwell the correct amount then their would not be this silly long list, also do not like pip as you have to go into how things effect you each day, and tbh I want to not think about that but what to start feeling more myself, taking twenty five tablets everyday plus inhaler, pills are for pain

Make sure you appeal if that doesn't work.

@@StuartMcGoo I am still waiting the answer for my mandatory reconsideration and apparently I am to actively look for and apply for jobs. Surely can't be right, what happens if I get a job just not turn up. 🤔

Just got a call back and turns out that initial helpline person did not raise a mandatory consideration, instead they handed it over to someone else? So they lied? And I had to argue with the other guy for a while to figure this out, he was the one who raised the mandatory consideration form for me then and there and hear back within 28 days. I do not feel he advocated for me in a fair way due to our initial disagreements, I did not have a chance to fully explain the situation nor what was said to me in the initial call. I’m feeling so defeated.

He told me that apparantley after reporting a work change there is 7 days to accept new commitments on the to do section, which is simply not true I did not see anything on there, except a commitment review appointment in the future! How can I accept new commitments without a commitment review? This is so unfair!

It is and I think by the sound of that you would have grounds for appeal. I would find support from someone to help you with that.
