These are International Rights as agreed by other nations who are party to the UN, although the UN has no enforcement mechanism. These rights are the cornerstone for humanity to coexist peacefully. They were formed to uphold freedom and progress. Now more than ever, we need to know what these rights are, their relevance. We need to take time to review them, improve them, and make them part of our daily lives.
This document should be directly applicable law. The US does not follow it, we make prisoners perform involuntary servitude because the constitution says slavery may be used "as punishment for a crime", however this declaration makes it clear that people should be not be subject to slavery for any reason. I have gone through all 30 articles but I think , though apparently the articles are very clear but implementation is not easy . Not only this most important point is to make implementing body must be independent one, both theoretically and in practice.

That said singular they has been around since Shakespeare, but it's only recently that it has been used for people whose gender is known, instead of being reserved for when the gender of the person being talked about is not known, as a replacement for "he or she".
