Universal's Volcano Bay Water Park During A Thunderstorm Was A BAD Idea

A hundred vucks to get in is just crazy! I live in San Jose,CA which is in the heart of Silicon Valley, and a very expensive place to try and live. We have a Raging Waters water park. It's about $60 bucks to get in. No need for such outrageous price gouging.😉

Gotta be transparent about everything, no matter what. Sure problems can happen at any park. Personally my wife and I go to Orlando every year. Most of the time we go to Universal because we have less issues, less crowds, and an overall better experience when compared to Disney. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love Disney but just have "more issues"

Being local now, the weather is one of the reasons I justify having an annual pass (crowd levels and overall convenience are others). At the time, I had justified my decision by using the following formula (it isn't perfect, but just a guide): one day pass price + parking ÷ annual pass price. As I said, it is just a guideline and not exact. I haven't updated my math with the latest prices, but I had figured it out to be; WDW - 9 visits paid for the price of my pass, UO - 7 visits and, SeaWorld/Bush - 5 days (and I can use mine at all of thier parks). Again, this is only a guide, and it doesn't include discounts or specials. I do feel bad for people on vacation (I've been there). The only thing I would suggest is to check with different travel insurances, some "might" cover weather instances (even at a minimal), I myself will be looking into it further for my visiting family and friends.

I have to say last summer my family and I went to Volcano Bay and wasn't so impressed, the wait time was crazy to get on a slide everything is done by those bands, it is a nice place the crazy river was fantastic but it's a one and done for us. You have yourself a keeper Krista knows she doesn't have to wear a bathing suit with her butt sticking out of a string bikini to show she is beautiful. much respect!

Yo y’all irked the theme park nerd in me. Also how long have you been living in fl for? 1 month lol you really think it’s gonna lighting until 7 pm? It’s not and even if the park reopened let’s say 630 you have the whole park to yourselves and can do more rides in 30 mins then you did in 3 hrs during the hot af busy afternoon
