Sounds like he was raised by parents who taught him how to clean up after himself and not tolerate living with a pig or cleaning after one and not to tolerate being taken advantage of when you pay money for a deposit a year in advanced. Sounds like he’s responsible enough to book his room really early and standing up for himself when he didn’t get what was agreed upon. A lot of students his age wouldn’t have done that. They’re more like his roommate. Imagine paying for a hotel room and then having it taken away and instead having to share a room with somebody you don’t know who’s telling you that you can’t watch Netflix on a laptop at 10pm and lives like a slob. This guy has every right to be very pissed about the room situation, he pre rented the room a YEAR in advance, I'd be fucking pissed off too if they booked me with someone else after I rented it really early and paid EXTRA. There is no excuse to fuck up the booking when this was booked a YEAR early. I had the opposite of what's he facing. My roommate sleeps at 3 or 4 am. He blast his damn laptop volume till I can hear across my room. Thats sucks even more even when ure sleeping at 1 am.
It would be a reasonable time for days like mondays and tuesdays, but i dont know anyone that would sleep at 10PM on a Friday/Saturday night, so i guess it kinda is a reason to not like him personally.
