Ahhh the early 2000s! Oversized white tees, fitted caps, throwback jerseys, durags, af1s, baggy denim... I still represent the culture! Old school for life! IG : og_sainthiphop Let's bring it back! 💪🏽
That was the main trend of 2000s hip-hop: baggy shirts, baggy pants, oversized jerseys, oversized baseball shirts, customized necklace, metal-teeth and tattoos
2008....play this song...an hour later "Can you play Walk it Out!" $%%^&!!!!! Banger for sure....but glad as hell no one asks for it anymore. Now it truly is a nostalgic insert.
Encouraging people to walk more often - honorable notion. Rap from the south is generally about the tough issues in society, like buying a cadillac and considering putting rims on it, an ice cream paint job, and the astute comparison of portions of the female body to candy - such as laffy taffy.
Looool this makes me feel old because I graduated high school c/o 07 and we were banned from walking it out across the stage, with threats to shut the whole graduation down. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You know what's so funny, people used to complain about dances like this. I bet you now they wish these dances were still popular as opposed to twerking. XD
***** This. Twerking has been around for years except under another name. It's actually just a leftover trend from the 00's and 90's. Whoever thinks this 00's era of shitty rap and ass shaking glam pop is better than music nowadays must be smoking something bad because the 00's was the worst period of music in the past several decades. Even dubstep was a breath of fresh air compared to this garbage.
People going on like you still see dark girls being advertised as beauty!?? All you see now is skinny light skin girls with nothing to them but a fat ass. Tell me I'm lying??? I love my black queens just don't see them anymore in our music videos
06 to first half of 09 was best time of my life dam I would give anything to go back, back when ppl were real and fun was actually something that could happen like FML now tho (except for my kids)👐
I love the song I did the same dance at Downton tulsa Oklahoma and everybody was looking at me and the said I want to try so they did and they loved it so guess what I'm going to teach my pastor on how to do the dance and get pastor Mike Todd to do the same this song should be a hit
