Oh yeah, there is a high level Naafiri player who has a youtube channel, which gives out sort of guides around her runes and items, the one he prefers was Comet as it procs really fast due to the DOT from her Q, alongside building Eclipse 1st instead of Hydra (Although theyre mainly justs preferences and might not be as recommended unless you really know how to play her consistently well).
