245 mana regen with 2.4 damaged blocked per mana equates to 588 hp regen a second

and the really important part of this is that there is no skadi/shiva to reduce mana regen, diffusal is the best you get which only amounts to a really valueable damage item dealing 40 manaburn * 2.4 = 96 dmg (that ignores armor) on top of normal item stats.

not to mention mana loss reduction from both talents and kaya makes it amount to more HP, as well as Right clicking providing mana regeneration

Funny that Panda nerfed her shield to a max 1.2 damage per mana (in normal dota 3,6 and at the time baumi played 2) and she is still good) u always whant to roll on first neutrals to get arcane ring which restore 40% max mana - it’s the best item u can get. In later stages u can take necronomicon to swap at the start of combat.

Honestly the big thing is that they can't lifesteal off you (or spell lifesteal). Meaning the only healing anyone can buy into dusa is raw health regen, and int dusa specifically is all about attrition it seems. You get nuts regen off your ludicrous mana pool, and they get basically nothing unless they're a hard strength build and even then you can nerf their regen and all they can do is buy a diffusal and attack speed; and as tiny showed even that isn't enough.

does mana burn actually work? i tried playing against it with mana burn a few days ago and i was paying attention to the mana but it looked to me like it is not reducing the mana directly but instead counts it as damage

at 40:48 you can se her dmg increase and then decrease as he stays in shrine long enough to actually trigger the regen so it does work

all he said was "all you need to justify building a right clicker" is 4 agi. It doesn't necessarily mean that the right clicker is good, it just means that's one of the best builds on the hero. That being said, if you gave PA 7.4 agi gain she'd probably be pretty insane

wdym, she had always been able to gain str through item, just not from lvls You might have mixed her up with ogre magi that Always has 0 int regardless of items or lvls

Agi tiny has a talent he can skill to get 1.5/3 agi gain but loose 1.5/3 str gain instead
