“Let’s Hunt Him Down” or “Bomb Saddam” (The Other Name I Don’t know if I can say) is a parody of Tubthumping by band Chumbawamba misattributed to Weird Al.
Earliest Upload on RU-vid dates to 2007, but sample I used is from 2011. With a Newground animation dating back to 2000.

A site was found relating to the song, and in it dated it at least 1998 and a name Saddambombing is given being the possible real name, saying the song was spread amongst the pentagon.

First known RU-vid upload is from June 2006, however it is possible there is an upload from 2005. Oldest mention I can find of it online is from 2000 (I was the one who found the NG upload), however that is probably not the source. There is a 3 year gap between 11 August 1997, which is the release of the album Tubthumper, and 31 Oct 2000, which is the oldest mention I could find online (the NG animation).

The timeline is so weird to me, that means this is about the Gulf War since it was before the War on Terror. But the Gulf War had been over for at minimum half a decade when Tubthumper released. I don't know why anyone would make a song after that long.

I found an old comment saying it's by Adam Henderson, and there is a Slovakian website with the full lyrics of the song and attributing the song to Adam Henderson. I think this might be it. So if I'm right, then this song is solved. Adam Henderson - SaddamThumping. Thank you.

There’s another site with Adam’s lyrics. But I’ve checked and they’re different. For example they don’t have the “don’t screw with the USA” line. It was common at the time looking through other lyric sites to take the same parody and change it up so I wouldn’t be shocked if Adam did that same thing
