I drank whiskey with this man into the wee hours of the morning in a bar off of I-95 and not once did he break character. We talked guitars, amps and Country Western Troubadours.
His character work as the Unknown Hinson, is amazing. It's completely fleshed out character, with his back story. Filled with highly entertaining events and confabulations. Fans were lucky to his work on local cable television access 😀. Hollywood missed the boat, he could do a movie trilogy I bet.
He was also the voice and writer, co-creator maybe not sure, of the main character on comedy centrals squidbillies, he is just an overall talent in the entertainment business, not to mention he has a huge cult following including celebrities with this Unknown Hinson bit, tours and everything
It's sad that all he said was the truth about Dolly Parton and he gets fired from Squidbillies. And it's the final season. It's not like he endorsed the KKK.
I've heard that he voiced the last season, but they wouldn't use it, it would be awesome to get that voice recording and mesh it up with the last season.
This is his act. I saw a recent interview and I swear he talks so normal. Looked like a normal old man. Destroyed the image of mines of someone walking around with this voice daily.
"Grave robbin' and vampirism. Them's all lies." I hope not. I like to be liking Unknown Hinson just the way he is. I want to drink party liquor with that guy.
I always thought this was really him. Just the way he actually was. Finding out this was just a character shows how much talent this guy has. If you’ve ever seen him just being himself compared to his persona you would understand why I’m saying this.
The way he moves his mouth when he talks and his facial expressions remind me of Billy Bob Thornton’s character in Slingblade. I wonder if Billy Bob got some of his inspiration from Mr. Hinson
Unknown Amaze's people in Interview's. Some I've seen, show him much Heavier,(like in wildwood guitar's vid's). Then the next month he's back to a Fighting weight. I can't do that...My opinion is He is A Fantastic Writer and Player. I've watched him jam with Rev. Horton Heat.. So Fun to watch! And Inspireing too. He has changed the way I play music. Good Interview...
I totally get rhe appeal of UH. But me being from North Carolina, where he's from, it's so much more funny to me. Because I know the exact type of people he based the character off of. Accent and all. It's so dead nuts accurate to some people here. 😂
His reply to that question when asked at the ComicCon?? , " I met a womern who said she would shave hers if I would shave mine" I don' think she was talking about her Sideburns. LOL!!
With that meth mouth, I bet he smokes constantly and spends 24 hours playing his guitar, but never gets around to writing a new song cause that damn woman distracts him with her saxuals.

I have to have hematin infusions every 21 days also plasma has a lot to do with it too don't know how or why but it does I never drink blood !!! but, that's what they did back in the 16th century..why.. to get the hemoglobin from the blood!!! it maked them feel better..!!! they didn't have the technology and science..!!! even now in 2018 they still have no cure and don't know everything about it a lot of doctors are clueless
