1:29 also the difference of the first "Can you see me?" from the second one, but both of them sound like they're asking you a question they already know the answer to. They're more "accusing" than questioning. Like they're asking if you _really_ see him, _really_ acknowledge him. 3:30 this time his voice is weaker, less intense, more hopeless. It's like he's not sure anymore. It's like he wants you to assure him that you can see him. He hopes that you can see him. Plus, I'm no expert in Japanese, not even close, and I could definitely just be overanalyzing things. But even though this comment is about the difference between the two, both lines stress the word "boku" which means "me". So you could also probably interpret it as both lines asking whether you can see the "true me". The first lines ask if you actually see who the singer is, showing how scoffing and skeptical they are on whether you actually understand them, while the lines later on could be interprered as the singer themselves doubting their own identity, not being able to see themselves but asking you if you can.
This is so painful to listen to, not in a bad way. It's just that the way he sings paired with the lyrics just makes heart ache. Please, look at the lyrics while paying attention to every detail in his voice; 0:54 - 1:49 the pitch, the phrase cutting, the volume, the timbre, the light, graceful, operatic tone, the deep, breathy, vehement tone, the vocal cries, and so much more. This single song is more versatile vocally than other artists' entire discographies. I need you to realise just how much or even just an estimate of how much work and detail he puts into these covers.

2:27 - 2:48 No one is talking about this refrain. The amount of control to pull off those sudden vocal shifts while keeping in key is just incredible. I don’t know _any_ singer who can do this as masterfully and powerfully as Yuu.

I think it's safe to assume this man can do everything. I am glad more and more people are appreciating Yuu and the work he puts into his covers and songs. He deserves all of the praise he gets and how everyone keeps coming back to his covers because they are *so* good.
this is still my favorite unknown mother goose cover. especially now that it's already been one year since wowaka's death, it never fails to make me emotional. the mix of other wowaka songs in the background along with the fluctuation of miy_yuu's voice always makes me tear up. it just feels so much more impactful. it's like two am so i can't explain properly, but listening to this for the first time, i just thought, how cool! yuu is so talented! watching it again in 2019 made me cry. thank you for giving us such an amazing cover. you didn't have to drop this but you did.
5 years later, and this is still the best cover of Unknown Mother Goose I have ever heard. Absolutely ethereal. Although I downloaded this ages ago, I still come back periodically. It's such a beautiful and thorough construction of wowaka's magnus opus.
