All complaint forms should at city hall, once completed to be reviewed and signed by the Major and in cases involving Law enforcement they get forwarded to Internal affairs of another city's police station to investigate thus alieving any feelings of a police station being bias

I told her they desecrated the American flag with that blue line and it's a violation of federal flag code and to tell the lieutenant to remove it from the public lobby.
