UNLEASHED- INLET MANIFOLD REMOVAL 

So easy to work around when engine's out :D I have been breaking my arms while trying to get acess to places, thanks for video, as was struggling to see few bolts to remove damn mainfold. Thing was so ganked with carbon residue it took proper scraping and few runs with oven cleaner.

Hey, quick question. Does the inlet manifold need to come off for a glow plugs change? Looks like 3 are accessible but the fourth might be difficult to access with the manifold in the way. Thanks Alan

Do you guys clean out the cylinder head as well or just the manifold and egr valve ?

I had my manifold cleaned and a 7mm plate installed last month. (120 MJ 07 180k km) Now I have increased fuel consumption. Is it because of increased power and my conditioned driving habits, or could be something wrong?

Any chance we could see each inlet to show the amount carbon build up please
