Cookie you can convert clean stone to by putting a 4x4 Spruce tree and clean stone around and then use bonemeal to grow it. That will turn the stone into podsol that you can turn into farmland and then dirt. It’s hella annoying but could fix ur dirt issue

2 string, and 2 wood planks, make a loom, make a Sheperd villager, one with a emerald for shear trade so you can actually use it, you should be able to get wool and beds

i have an idea for the ice issue, but i dont know if it would work get frost walker on an extra pair of boots, walk over water, and break it quickly with silk touch
