Mike, not sure if you are still in Singapore. I highly recommend you to visit golden mile food centre and try out the Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice located at the basement. There are a lot of good food located at that food centre, I’m sure you’ll love it there, enjoy! 😊

As much of the tonKOtsu vs tonKAtsu comments you get, out of respect of the food and language, please call it the right way. I'm surprised that no one gave you a pork cutlet instead of a pork broth ramen if you said tonKAtsu instead of tonKOtsu to your waiter/waitress. I'm not trying to grill you but you should know the difference by now and recognize it and just correct that. You should know that something as minuscule as a syllable can change the meaning just as tones can do the same in Chinese. Besides that, you still continue to be an amazing ambassador for foodies around the world, thank you.

@@nandatou there are clip in many of his videos where you can tell there's someone at the table with him. In this one specifically, you can see there's someone else discarding bones onto his plate next to him. It's possible that it could just be the waiters or someone cutting the meats and stuff but it certainly looks like someone is sitting and eating with him sometimes, besides the times where it's obvious of course.

Mike, while you're in Singapore, I suggest you to come to Indonesia and explore beyond Jakarta! There's so much amazing food and culture waiting for you. Maybe you can start with Batam or Bintan? Only a short ferry hop away! It'll be great for your taste buds, tummy, but most importantly, it'll generate huge views from weirdly, Indonesians! And if you ever find yourself in Padang, West Sumatra, I'll recommend you a list of the best places in town to eat. Btw, I've only been a fan since the first time I saw your videos a couple of months ago. I'm suffering from a lifetime autoimmune condition and I've been in my critical phase since March, and I've basically lost my taste buds. So watching you eat those amazing, mouth-watering dishes, really works my appetite, and helps me eat the bladness that is my meal.

Not quite correct. The McDonald's burning lawsuit was about their coffee, which was definitely inappropriately hot. By the time it was safe to drink, I forgot I had coffee. The pies were part of their "health pr". Still super hot, but baked instead of fried. And they are terrible. The apple filling was never good, but the fried pasta/crust exterior was a great idea. With these better fillings, it would be great to see them return. But they don't seem to care about flavor - just about the very vocal minority who push for more misery through press releases. That's why they removed beef tallow from their fry oil, which had been part of the reason their fries were the best in the world. Now, they are a pale shadow of their former selves.

Mike, you realize that many people here in the States don't like to try new flavors right? That's why fast food chains only serve the same flavor of pies at their restaurants. You're in the Far East, many people over there have different taste buds than people over here. It's always funny when you keep asking why fast chains don't bring so and so flavors to the States. Sorry, no offense intended, but that burger was a total train wreck. That restaurant has no concept of what a real hamburger should be. These days, few restaurants do. The image of what a good burger should be has been ruined by adding all sorts of extra crap & trying to make it look like some type of school science project. If you want to eat a big wad of meat, then go ahead. But don't try to call it a hamburger. I don't mind a medium or even medium rare burgers, but when blood is dripping all over the bun, there is nothing appetizing about it. The burger was not even put together properly. And a good hamburger should have a bun that is buttered & grilled or at least toasted. A good hamburger should also have layers of ingredients so that all the flavors blend together to give you a great taste in each bite. If you can't even fit it into your mouth, what's the point of trying to call it a burger? Sorry, but for me, that was an epic failure. Not interested in responses from anyone. I never read them anyway. So, if you feel the need to be a TROLL, go find a goat on a bridge to harass. My opinion is my own & the last time I checked, I still have a right to express it. Cheers!
