I am working in Hyderabad from last 7 years and I can say proudly that I have tasted all biryanis of Hyderabad,I got a chance to visit TCS bhubaneswar recently it was kind of 1month program I have explored Bhubaneswar ,Cuttack and puri ,As a biriyani lover i tired to find out the best Biryani in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack ...Well being in Hyderabad I was thinking that no one can beat Hyderabadi biryani but it was just a myth ..I tried biryani in multiple outlets of bhubaneswar and Cuttack trust me guys I can forget those flavours which any one can miss in having a biriyani, Hyderabadi biryanis are almost khatta type ,But i had biryani in these both cities of bhubaneswar and Cuttack and I will never forget these biryanis taste on my life ...Btw Cuttack biryani is the winner and Bhubaneswar you can't ignore it ...Right now mouth watering while remembering those flavours ❤
You are right my bro , there's a magical taste in cuttack biryani if you come to cuttack again I suggest you must try DFC(Dada food junction) mutton dum biryani and Girija biryani (mutton, chicken both)centre at college square (Ravenshaw University) you will be fan of these two biryani centre
True bro ....But you can visit some local small eateries ....8 lived in delhi and places like qureshis had muradabadi biryani at affordable prices ....80 rs and 4 pieces

No, there is no orisa style biryani. There is only Cuttacki biryani in orisa which is made with mutton and it used fried onion and whole spices. Every chef has his own style of cooking but there are a few famous recipes attributed to a place
