Its not really a glitch, you just do the 89 exchange and you get a lot of fodder which you put in exchange again and again

Might as well go to 83 cause your gonna get more 83s than than any other rating for the 81+ pp . Wont say no point doing totw picks when tots are in packs . wont go anything lower than 88 for exchanges and 87s in the rerelease to get more higher rating fodda
