Great video but there a few thing that might be good to note here : 1st : The exotic add some cooldown to the grenade (64s -> 152s) 2nd : The aspect is built in the exotic so adding the aspect over it make a bigger field and a big crystal so you can run something else but it's way bigger and funnier like that 3rd : Using kickstart and Stasis dmg boost might be a waste in high pve content like GM cause you might prefer having more grenade than dmg. Plus the adding DR for you team is something life saving (like for revive and such). Since kickstart use all your charge and the dmg boost use them by time, you can't keep charge for after and can't keep them for dmg when using nade soooo... I think kickstart is better since it's a % based refound and you have 152s. 4th : If you don't like the exotic bow you can play a tombstone weapon that will generate crystal on hs kill. Not has usefull as the bow plus shatterdive combo but you can proc whisper of shard like that and keep the bonus grenade recharge. 5th : Speciale note for GM but the fragment that buff kinetic dmg is busted on Wish Ender so if you want to use only kickstart and don't want the Stasis bow, you got a great pick for high dmg with that one and your grenade. 6th : Demo special weapon give you back 20% (22 if enchent) of your grenade cooldown. Worth to note it since you don't got much way to get it back quickly. Deliverance is the best pick here. 7th and last : This build is fun and great but in the end you get more by playing on and only your nade. You got a really good support role and can pair with some stupide thing like peregreve void titan or any melee based stuff. A Verity's warlock and you can make wonder like that too. PS : In your footage I think the nightfall had the modifier that give you a tone of grenade regene so it don't represent well the thing. Like I said, I think cause I play only this stuff with hunter since a few season and duskfield is never that fast with only the stuff it self. I can be wrong but yeah, might be the modif.
Great and fun concept, but a couple things i want to point out, apart from the Whisper of Fissures issue that someone already mentioned: chestpiece mods DO count, you do want more Charged Up because holding more Armor Charges means a bigger energy return when you proc your grenade Kickstart. Also speaking of that, Kickstart mods clash with surges/time dilation builds, because every time you throw a grenade you're gonna consume all your AC stacks, thus nullifying your weapon surges and making time dilation irrelevant, especially for this build where you constantly spam grenades and constantly clearing your charges. Focus on one or the other, not both, utilize one of them fully instead of having them work against each other. i'd say drop stasis surges and time dilation entirely, which opens up space on your legs for healing orbs mods, which are also fantastic and pretty game changing in high end content, and more Bomber mods on your cloak, which further reduces your grenade cooldown.
NOTE: Currently there seems to be a bug with Whisper of Fissures that sometimes doesn't allow stasis crystal kills to refund Hail Barrage. In the meantime you can sub this fragment out for something else.
Does whisper of rending work with a stasis primary weapon. Cuz it says primary ammo weapons do increased damage to stasis crystals and frozen targets?? Great build by the way
It should, i'm pretty sure it's any primary ammo weapon. Although im not 100% because im fairly new to stasis builds in general. Don't use it too often
