For the interior shots if recall I think I mainly used 5600k and for the car shot I used 5000k as I wanted to lean to more of a warmer look to compliment the tungsten light coming form the street lights and the key light I had in the car, in front of me

What you did here is awesome, I picked up on some of your ideas and techniques...Funny thing about the "murky green" look...Correct me, if I'm wrong - You can unintentionally get this sick looking green hue by filming typical fluorescent practicals. Swapping out for Kino Flows is the answer...but this effect made it on to film so often, that it's sort become a part of our collective expectations.

Great video - lighting really is the key to the true 'cinematic look' that everyone likes to talk about! With today's cameras higher ISO abilities it is great to see how much you can do with very small inexpensive lighting (as long as the space you are shooting in is not flooded with daylight...) 10K HMI's may be needed on a sunny day and a big set - but sleeting the proper locations and time of day allows you to be so creative with much less...

the 2nd scene would also be nice if you ad a red strobing light in the background. So it looks like you're in a bunker with the alarm going off. Also creates some more contrast in color. Think that would make it pop even more

I really want a shot somewhat like the green bathroom one but im having a really hard time determining how to color grade it. Like do you boost the greens or remove the reds or how did you get it?

Thanks for watching the video. For me what I did was to push more of the the green tones within the mid range as that where the skin tones sit and I wanted the green to be emphasised on my face. I did reduce the red tones as well
