Yes, I haven't seen a point yet. However, once more zones open up I think we will have the opportunity to get higher level contracts so that may change in the future. If it does ill pin an update or make a new video.
It means that its for a level of the crypt we dont have access to yet. If you look the crypt up in the Menu then click on it there will be certain floors that are locked and progress that needs to be made before they open.
