Nice to see the kamado up and running Zach. I had to do a long rest on one once and it came out a little dry but my oven only goes to 170 so think it was cooking it still. Didn't look like you had that issue as that pork butt looked great!

Thanks for those tips! Worked out very well! My warmer is an electric smoker that goes to 145. I only use it for long holds.
