I unknowingly hid my trauma until I was 49 years old. It all came back and my life fell apart. I’m grateful for this experience, because today I’m living free from addiction, depression and a very unhealthy lifestyle. I once heard “ The body keeps score and it always wins” Take the time to slow down and listen to your body. Reach out for help and begin the journey within. It’s difficult but so worth it! ❤️
