Thankyou for this info. While trying to induce out of body experience, I'll hit a stage in meditation that I believe is hitting RAS full on. I'll see millions of images flashing, like changing a channel on a TV at lighting speed, this is definitely the filter. Sometimes I can slow it down and focus on a certain subject matter, it takes practice, but its kind of fun the more focused I am. Faith and Grace.

I've started taking some notes on this Reticular Activation System and I really want to hone in on focusing on my thoughts and how I use my mental/ emotional capital to direct what I want in the world.
