Isha kriya and sambhavi mudra helped me too. I have changed a lot, my thoughts, energies and intentions, so much have changed and when these things changes my life kindof changed too. Its not a big difference but i can feel that something has changed inside and outside.
I very much enjoy the daily new content. With no disrespect intended, I prefer the much shorter synopsis after the Sadhguru talk, which briefly touches on the main theme of the talk. Thank you for posting these videos. Namaskaram 🙏🏼
