Hi there! I appreciate your videos and have been coming across you more often as I'm researching clinical trials. I'm interviewing for a technical position currently. Thanks for the knowledge sharing and the details you give, including about technology. I would love to see any more videos hitting on the technology! I would like to ask you, if you were hiring an internal IT for general / overall support and development, what would you look for (skills, what application/ systems, etc) ?
