I am blown away. You literally sound like you’re talking about my entire life to right before you had contact. I EVEN SEE EYES AND FACES WHEN I CLOSE MY EYES. But I’ve never attempted to communicate because I just thought it was my imagination. I always just watch how cool it is to feel like I’m in public in another realm… but me hallucinating. Home life was so so hard. The only thing that made me excited was laying down, hiding. It causes me to discover lucid dreaming and that lead to me being able to come out of body. And actually see everything. Me laying there. On the ceiling by the chandelier. Then out of the house and seen the room. I could control everything and I knew I was out of body. I started spinning my ethereal body, having fun, then someone made a noise and I dropped back in my body, and I WAS PHYSICALLY DIZZY. Lately my intuition is so on point I know for a fact I’m no tripping. But I can’t talk to anyone about it. I just like to be alone and learn about everything metaphysical to spirit science.

Is your inner guidance a collection of voices? What about your intuition? What does that feel like? I’m so new to everything. I’ve been doing your free breathing exercise and a number of other things. It’s been so painful but there’s so much that’s been coming out of this and I’m completely committed to it. I can’t go back.

Hellé! Could you record a guided hypnosis for us we could use as a self hypnosis? I also have mediumship abilities that I’m trying to sharpen + often comes through channeled writing. My guides are also from Arcturus!! Our stories + experiences are SO similar. Shot! For me, intuition is the innate ability to tap into the aether, which is a field of infinite consciousness that not only moves light, but holds and shares gnosis with those spirits vibrating at an appropriate resonance.

I just loved this! I was so interested in finding out about your lives, so thank you so much for sharing what you did! That was a fascinating journey of life that you both are on! You both inspire me! I just discovered your short every day breath Work and have been doing for the past week. The first couple times I did it I actually cried, but I wasn’t sure why I was crying. And the last few times I feel this immense peace and inexplicable joy wash over me. The other day, I realized I was smiling at people for no reason at all. Thank you so much, such a powerful episode… 🙏 “Willing to let go of the old to welcome the new! “ so so true! There has been so many things in my life that guided me in one path and then when I got there, the excitement or passion started to fade or show me that this no longer the path. It can be a really tough pill to swallow when you have dedicated so much time and energy however the joy of being on purpose or in my dharma helps me realize how many more kids or teenagers I can serve if I am aligned to source consciousness and my intuition 🦋 sending you both so much blessings - I love all that you are and continue to be, so inspiring ⭐️🙏
