You can actually still hunt with 5 people that are on cooldown as long as the driver is not on cooldown some tips i have for hunting leviathan is whenever a terror shark spawned ask 3 or 2 passengers to fight or all the passengers if you are the driver of the boat ask them to jump in and attack so you dont have to go back whenever theres a terrorshark but if in case you have a portal user ask them to use the portal "V" skill and ask everyone to get near the portal user too so they will also get warped in the portal after your group gets in the "dimensional rift" area get out of the "dimensional rift and then the terror shark will be despawned this is sometimes hard to execute beacause the terrorshark flings you a lot and in case you meet 2 of them they can stun lock you to death also another thing if you encounter 2 terror sharks do the method above but if you encounter 3 or more its best to reset as theu might stun lock your whole crew unless your crew happens to have more than the required amount of members like 8 members but if you dont have 8 people in your group its best to reset beacause it will be more time consuming to fight and it would just ussually end up to everyone dying or just a little bit amount of survivors left from the attack or decreased members and making you dont have the amount of required people in the group also if youre looking for the right build to use ill show my build which consist of:dragon talon,saber V2,leviathan crown and buddha fruit if you dont have leviathan crown you can choose an alternative which is shark tooth necklace
