I've learned that it's important not to feed any carnal appetite or desire into an addiction. Jesus can immediately remove such addictions from us, when we ask Him and really mean it.

Thank you Jason for this video. Indeed we wait on the Lord. My hope, glory and salvation is in the Lord our GOD. Today I set the table before the Lord and I way impatiently for him, for he is the purpose of my life the completion of myself. O GOD glorify yourself in us your peoples and rejuvenate us and heal us of our brokenness, for in you the hope of the world lives. This is awesome. Definitely a video you have to rewatch a few times to let it all sink in. A lot of helpful information. Some of my notes below but there’s more takeaways once you rewatch ✔️ First minute in… I already felt convicted. 100% need to go deeper with Jesus. ✔️learning leads to understanding which leads to application ✔️ our faith is based on truth but also based on power !! ✔️the Call is not to acquire knowledge for the sake of acquiring knowledge… …we need knowledge to become better disciples. (Sooo true, sometimes I read the Bible instead of studying the Bible or meditating on the scriptures. I like to read it because it makes me feel encouraged but to your point, it’s not about just gaining the knowledge but USING IT TO BE BETTER DISCIPLES. I need to go deeper with God)

Thank you kindly Rabbi Jason Sobel for sharing. Yes(hua) makes sense as it always did. My Father (RIP) who was a merchant marine (exploring Far East to West & many ports in between), had piqued my interest in such topics. To this day, I still have a "peek" from "many ports in between": i.e. the Middle East, South Asia, as well as differences between Greek Orthodox & Roman Catholic, and even such between Confucianism & Taoism. Some I tend to "relate to" more, perhaps than others? Not meaning to blaspheme, yet If I may too share, that perchance teachings of the Buddha similar to Yeshua, i.e. the True Path of Redemption. p.s. for comedic purposes only: i.e. Buddhism's Noble 8 fold Path as compared to 9 candles of Hanukkah menorah, oops we seem to have lost 1, maybe more? Weren't there 12 tribes of Israel? This may be what happens when too many lose True Faith

This is all interesting for study, to expand our knowledge of God, but none of this knowledge can give us a relationship, the true power, authority, and wisdom of Christ. That can only be obtained by Baptism of the Holy Spirit. That is when we can truly become the vessel through which He speaks. That is when the Beatitudes come alive. That is when His Word and true understanding of His Word comes alive. That is when we truly come alive in Him.

Moses was very clear on mitzvah but Jesus was vague on his commandments and it's confusing to me.i talk to Christians and all they want to talk about speaking tongues and they say i don't speak Them i don't have the holy spirit it frustrating for me i don't know what to do please rabbi tell me where do I start im falling back and i don't understand

yes, the Holy Spirit wrote the WORD and interprets the WORD and COMFORTS and gives the TRUTH of the WORD and EMPOWERS the soul to both WILL and DO in us of his GOOD PLEASURE. Without holiness we can not see or hear or know God, so Jesus said "ASK" for the HOLY SPIRIT: God wants you to ask, not impose without your desire and intention. @@blablablablablabla4366

Being a Christian is not only about speaking tongues; it’s about loving God with all your might and all your heart 💜 and loving your neighbor as well. Jesus Christ came for our salvation; He loved us…God send His Only Son even though we were in sin…He still died for us!!!!
