It’s because Mario 3D allstars is an HD port with extra features, for new fans who haven’t played the games before but still an overall better experience on the witch.
So for the newest release of the Render 96 2.0 Models none of the key locations to unlock Luigi have been changed so you can still use this video to find their locations. Ugh hopefully they add Luigi's voice soon. It's cool that he has his own character animations and moves, but it still bugs me that when people add him to the game, he still only has Mario's voice.
You're in luck because they added all new voice lines. Not sure who VA'd it, but they're actually all original, aside from his falling clip which is the unused scream from Luigi's Mansion E3 trailer. They also added Wario, complete with his own voice from a different VA, and he's German for some reason.
Wasn't Luigi supposed to be unlocked by defeating Big Boo yet again inside a Luigi Portrait found inside of Big Boo's Haunt? Yes I know it is supposed to be King Boo that you battle there, although on N64 Big Boo would probably be good enough. The real question is how to recreate Chief Chilly for Wario?
I'm a tech modding medium so I could like how I got sonic 3 and knuckles on steam along side a sonic 3 complete mod witch I could change the rom to play whatever I want

@@MrAmu11 i had an...incident in discord which lead to me quitting. Soooo the discord link is not useful. And also when i tried a tutorial for this, well, i did not know what to do. So i can not actually play is Luigi.
@@azulamazighberber They save once you get them, a counter should appear and it lets you know how many you have. If you mean the main level locations they're only on the main floor and basement of the castle. If you mean the sub areas like the Cool Cool Mountain slide, the other one is by going inside the volcano in Lethal Lava Land and Big Boo's Haunt is in the courtyard (through the wooden door in the main area and follow the Big Boo to the area) Keys are only in levels on the main floor and basement of the castle, essentially every door that has a level aside from the Bowser/Star one has a key hidden in them. Same goes for the basement, each level has 1 key aside from the level behind the Bowser/Star Door.
Its possible but you'd have to replace the files for Mario's voice. Right now the game only has a space for one playable character's voice (Mario's). I was going to repalce the voice for this video but it was annoying to get working.
Idk which version you are on, but there are 3 pipes for each character respectively so you just go into the pipe of the character you want to play as. If it's an older version it's the pipe in the courtyard that switches characters.
If I remember they (Render96) wanted to make a Luigi model public soon so they only released him with no addition voices. They are doing something unique with his voice and presumably fixing/updating his model and others for future releases.
