I know this is an old video but was just gonna put this out here for all the players who are trying to get more crazed or maniac cats. May sound like a dumb idea but it's how I got all mine. Use cats that do knockback, if you can knockback the boss back to the base (after killing the peons of course), instead of worrying about damage to the boss, you can take out the base as well as damage the boss soo it's rather the boss dies or the base dies, win win lol

This may get buried but I just want to say thank you MattShea for this playthrough you inspired me to make a modified load out from what you had put in. I’ve lost count of the number of losses on this stage. The meat shield idea was brilliant! I used the same meat shields but I also added Gato Amigo and Lone Cat and kitten coupled with Nanaho and cyberpunk at 31. I was able to push him back to take down the base before manic Mohawk died.

Matt you should try using some Cat Combos. Also try the Deadly Stages.

For muscle party you don’t use meat shields what you need to do is send out long range/fast moving high attack cats such as A.bahamut and maglev cat

Congrats! I haven't done deathhawk yet, lack of long ranged cats, but I just got manic titan. Not the best strat, but I stacked under leveled dragons and sent out high dps, high healthed or fast recharge ubers (Megidora, Gamereon, Crystal ice cat) and crazed legs. That brought it down to 10%, so I used Lionheart. That did it. Legs, fish, cat and dragon, you're next!

have you ever tried using more than 2 (or 3) meatshields (assuming you dont use jiangshi for your default loadout)? a lot of the videos i see you do just has crazed cat and wall (sometimes eraser, idk, i havent been keeping track), use 4 meatshields, very useful

MATT if u feel like going a trying attack on titanium, I recommend an uber called tecoluga hes part of the pasalan family and also known as "boss killer" for many people. BTW get tegoluga to its true form so its can 1-2 shot kill cyclone. :)

Just some advice I would go back and gold star every in all chapters and do all the zombie levels. It would help you a lot (btw you should end up with 810 energy after you do this)

Matt did you know that if you look at the catcombo list it will tell you that if you put a certain combination of cats you get buffs like more attack,more knock back etc i think it might help you beat the harder lvls?

hey matt, just a tip. Dont use amaterasu for a level dominated by white/non color cats. She isnt great against them. A good replacement could be any all aroudn good damage dealer to most enemies

Nice Job getting Manic Mohawk! Props to you, I would try manic Macho legs, as all you really need is too get a bahamut, as well as using ranged attackers like dragons, Paris, etc.

hello, Mattshea. i would suggest getting the Lesser Demon Cat. hes an uber super rare cat. he has the second most DPS for an cat. he also has cheap summoning cost and quick recharge for an uber. if you want to get him, he appears at dynamites event at rare capsules. but BEWARE. he dosent have area attack so you must support him with long range cats so they get rid of peaons and get him to kill super tought enemies. also he has very poor range so he might die quickly when without any meat shields. hope you see this and take my advice!

What you should do is see how far you can get on the Japanese version using only lvl 1 cats

Matt if you want a easy way to beat manic gross you could use a double attack up combo and then have something kill the squirrel and then have awoken bahamut attack and it should knock back the manic and then by the time manic gross gets close a bahamut should attack again and kill it. It is the easiest way Edit: also make sure you have at least on medium attack up and small or else double small attack up won’t knock back manic and it will kill a bahamut
