If I am understanding it correctly, the implication that a higher omega 6 to 3 ratio as ideal for humans is made. I would highly advise against saying that as it totally goes against all the data showing that omega 3's are the most important and in line with human evolution and biology. The consistent evidence points to the ideal ratio being around 3:1 or 4:1 with a higher proportion of omega-3 fatty acids compared to omega-6. Diets higher in omega 6 and also diets low in omega 3 are inflammatory. This is one main reason why people are trying to steer away from seed oils in their diets.
